The “Key to Communication” Understanding Personality Traits

In this article we will talk about why many people can never sponsor their potential prospects.

The main reason is that every person has a certain pattern of behavior and learning how to communicate with the four major

character personalities is very essential to whether or not we connect with them within the first three to five minutes.

These are the original names for the Main Four Character Traits..

1.(Phlegmatic)   yellows – makes up 35% of the population.

2.(Melancholy)  Greens – makes up 35% of the population.

3.(Sanguine)     Blues – makes up 15% of the population.

4.(Choleric)   Reds – makes up 15% of the population.

Below is a  a chart of the  main features of each character.

This is powerful stuff that as a marketer that has to connect with peoples in order

to build a successful business must master all these Character Traits

Find out which one you are and learn to detect each one with-in the first 3 minutes of your conversation.

Asking the right questions to probe with out posing a dis-trust issue will give you a connection that open doors for

you to build instant creditability with your prospect. This is essential to learning what their strengths are and also knowing

how to address any problem or solve any needs they may have. This is the key to winning friends and influencing people.

Well enough about this although it is crucial to master this skill, (Did I mention this already?)
