I want to start by mentioning The Law Of Human Behavior
and you may ask what is Human Behavior? Sooner or later we get
just what we expect. Your attitude determines your outlook.
When you are pursuing your Goals and dreams, you will always
face opposition.
A Man is not Defeated by his Opponents but by Himself.
Success is a inside job and you will have to win the war of your
own thinking first.
Most people don’t visualize when they do not achieve what they are pursuing
as temporary failure. Chances are they are allowing themselves to be held
hostage by their past. Most rationalize and create excuses that never allow
achievement. You must learn from mistakes and build solid principles that
will propel you toward a breakthrough in your future.
First you need to see yourself clearly and admit your weakness’s and build
on your strengths. The skills you will learn as you fail forward should
change your thought process. If you do not change what you are doing you
will continue to get the same results. This my friends in the definition
of insanity. In the book Failing Forward, John Maxwell said
” Not realizing what you want is a problem of Knowledge, Not pursuing
what you want is a problem of Motivation and not Achieving what it is
you want is a problem of Persistence. He also said “If you know who you
are, make the changes you must in order to learn & grow and then give
everything you got to your Dreams,You can Achieve anything your
Heart desire”. So there is a process at getting over yourself and learning
what you need to accomplish.
When you understand that success is about learning and adding value
to others. So there is a learning curve to what is called Listening to find
out what others need and ask them what matters to them and observe
them to find out how they spend their time & money & you will apply
added value. When you know what they value you can add value to them.
Offer your best with no thought toward what you might receive in return.
When you get this you are on your way to success. I hope this have educated
you on your process toward Success.
I think you hit a buslyele there fellas!
Thanks Betsey, are you in the Industry?
